We understand the need for lower rates for counseling and therapy for a variety of reasons. We have intern counselors available who can offer sessions for more than 50% off the cost of our typical session fees. These intern counselors are clinicians-in-training from highly accredited masters level counseling programs. Each intern counselor is directly supervised by a fully licensed, experienced therapist who will provide expert knowledge and direction related to your care.

We have a team of therapists who are NMT Certified Providers. As NMT Certified Providers, we can complete an assessment from the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics© (NMT). This is also called a functional ‘brain map’. It is a clinical tool that can help parents, caregivers, and providers understand the impact of earlier adverse experiences (or trauma) on a child/teen’s development and the ways this impacts current functioning and needs. Based on this ‘map’, the NMT clinician can make specific recommendations to help caregivers select and plan a sequence of interventions and therapies for the child/teen.

If you would like to work with your insurance company to seek out your own reimbursement for out-of-network costs, we will be happy to provide you with the receipt documenting all of the information that insurance companies require. Please read our surprise/balance billing disclosure form if you have commercial insurance and would like to see one of our providers.
